Users are responsible for the requests they make as well as for their interpretation and use of the results. They must use these in compliance with current regulations and the recommendations of the Commission Nationale de l’ Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL – French data protection commission) when data is of a personal nature.
All reproductions, other than for the personal use of visitors to the site, especially with a view to publication in any form, are strictly forbidden without the express written permission of IDDRI. Downloading screenshots in order to develop or enrich a personal database is contrary to French law and therefore forbidden, as in any use for commercial or advertising purposes.
